(Oreo cupcakes! Recipe coming this week!)
Dear 2 random black hairs that grow on my arm,
I'm sorry my Husband can't accept us and pulls you out every time you grow back. Hang in there, guys.
I am a-ok with your arrival, BUT I need a few things first. A pool, new bathing suit, new bathing suit body, and a source of income. Kthanks.
Dear Summer source of income,
Please show yourself. I need you. Like, really really need you. Especially if I'm going to get any of the above needed things for Summer.
Dear Jared's Jewelers,
Please make things easy for us. Yes, I lost a diamond, but let's not dwell on that and let's be quick on fixing it! (P.S. we found the little booger, but it will still take 2-3 months for fixing. Lame.)
Dear creepy guys,
Just because I can't wear my wedding rings (see above message) doesn't mean you can or should look at me like you anywhere near my type of guy. Unless you're 6"2', freckled, black hair and beard, and go by the name of Brandon Kyle Crews, you are not my type. Sorry, not sorry.
Those cupcakes look delicious! I'm looking forward to the recipe. I hope your ring gets fixed asap and you're able to get all of the things you want this summer! :)ReplyDelete
I hear ya on the summer income thing. Trying to figure out that whole mess for the next couple of weeks.ReplyDelete
i love that you started this out saying hello to your two stray arm hairs. my sister has them and sometimes i find myself staring at them (like all the time)ReplyDelete
and these oreo cupcakes look AMAZING!
Can't wait for the cupcake recipe!anytime I have ever forgotten to put my wedding ring on I have to deal with the same things....no fun!ReplyDelete
This isn't a shameless plug, but when I graduated from BCF and moved home, I was broke and jobless. I looked into a home-based business (that can carry on after summer ends). I sell Pampered Chef tools (awesome way to learn how to cook and earn free kitchen tools too).ReplyDelete
There are others like, 31 (things to hold your stuff: purses, totes, and whatnot, based off of Proverbs 31 I believe, you might be familiar with it), tupper ware, tastefully simple, scentsy, and I found one that I can go back and look for a link that is a business where you sell fancy home decor.
There is an investment to begin, but you can make money from those kinds of businesses, maybe not incredible loads, but God certainly sustained and now I use my Pampered Chef business as a back up and way to give above and beyond.
I'd be happy to talk with you about it some more if you'd like.
